WHERE THE FOUR SEASONS MEET

“The seasons are what a symphony ought to be: four perfect movements in harmony with each other”

Arthur Rubinstein

Hillcrest, Binda is in the Southern Uplands which sit at 700-1,100 metres. This really is a landscape where the four seasons meet in wonderful and at times spectacular presentations of colours and form.

Binda - A gorgeous country hamlet

Hillcrest is on the edge of the Binda village – just 45 minutes from Goulburn on the Bathurst Road. Hillcrest is one of seven beautiful 1800s Georgian-influenced granite-stone buildings gentrified to create a gorgeous hamlet country setting.

Binda was part of the 1850s-60s Gold Rush and a stomping ground of the legendary bushranger Ben Hall. Binda with a population of about 150 is just 15 minutes from
the shopping centre at Crookwell – population 2,500 plus.

The luxury getaway easy to reach ... good sealed roads all the way

From Canberra, the 1-1/2 hour shortcut is via Sutton, Gundaroo and Gunning to Crookwell and then a short trip to Binda on the MR54 Bathurst Road.

Binda is easily accessible and an easy run. From Sydney CBD, just 2 hours down the Hume Highway to Goulburn. Then 45 minutes on the MR54 State Goulburn-Bathurst Road through Crookwell (2,500 people) to Binda – a very picturesque drive on a sealed road.
